How We're Paid — Advertising & Referral Disclosure

Short version: the pro pays us, you don't.

• Charlotte New Floors Guide is run by Charlotte New Floors Guide. We are not a flooring company and do not do the work.
• When you ask for help, we introduce you to one independent local pro. That pro pays us a fee for each introduction (for example, per request or per month for the Charlotte area). That payment is how this site is funded.
• In Charlotte, we work with one pro at a time for flooring requests. That means we are not comparing prices across companies for you and we are not recommending "the best" pro — we are introducing you to the pro who has agreed to our standards for this area.
• You pay us nothing. No job payment ever passes through us. You agree price and terms directly with the pro.
• The fee is the same whatever the pro charges you, and it does not depend on whether you hire them.
• This site is not an independent review site. We don't publish ratings, rankings or reviews of pros, and we don't take payment to say something is "best" or "top-rated". Our guides and cost ranges are written from public sources, which we cite, and they don't change based on who pays us.
• We tell you the pro's name before they contact you, so you can check them first (NC Licensing Board for General Contractors (+ electrical/plumbing boards): https://portal.nclbgc.org/Public/Search).
