Effective date: · Version: t08-r3-2026-10-01
Program. Charlotte New Floors Guide Request Updates is run by Charlotte New Floors Guide for Charlotte New Floors Guide. If you opt in, we text you only about the flooring request you made: that we received it, who we matched you with and how to reach them, scheduling, and a follow-up asking how it went. We do not send unrelated promotions.
How you opt in. By ticking the optional text-message box on our form, by texting us first, or by saying yes when our assistant asks on a call (we record that answer). Consent to texts is not required to use Charlotte New Floors Guide or to buy anything.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request; usually 2–6 messages per request, never more than {max_msgs_24h} in 24 hours. Msg & data rates may apply.
Quiet hours. Except for an immediate reply to a message or call you just sent us, we text only 09:00–19:00 Monday–Saturday (no Sundays or legal holidays) your local time.
Stop. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL) at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also opt out by replying in your own words, by saying "stop" on a call, or at charlottenewfloorsguide.com/privacy-choices/. Opt-outs apply to every site Charlotte New Floors Guide operates.
Help. Reply HELP or email hello@charlottenewfloorsguide.com.
Who texts you. Texts come only from Charlotte New Floors Guide's number, as customer-care messages about your own request. The pro we match you with never receives your text-messaging consent and may not text you on it; if you want the pro to text you, text the pro's own number or opt in with the pro directly.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.

Changes. We'll post changes here with a new date. Effective 2026-10-01 (sms-r3-2026-10-01).
